Opel Mobile needed an ecommerce experience that could sell phones for seniors, children, and vision- or hearing-impaired customers without making the buying journey feel clinical or overly technical. The site had to communicate ease of use, accessibility-led product thinking, and everyday confidence for customers who value simplicity as much as functionality.
